Adage Promotion Video
Adage is a marketing organization who provides partnership and services on innovative strategy their every client. It was founded to fully integrate the concept of ‘person-centered’ into the agency side of operations, sales and marketing. Upon the launch of their website, a representative of their’s contacted me to create a promotion video that quickly displays their services with motion graphics and illustrations. They had planned to use the video for their social media and website’s home landing page.

Challenges
The most challenging aspect of this project was the time frame to complete this project. When they handed I was handed the project, Adage had planned to launch their website along with this promotion video by the following week. I was worried that the timing could be a little tight because we needed some time to figure out art direction. Also once the video was created, the speed/smoothness at which the graphics transition on the screen was a challenge. Adage wanted the video to be between 15-20 seconds long and I needed to make sure all graphics and content got enough screen time.
Solutions
For the timing, Adage was very happy with the first few early mockups I sent in. Once we decided on the design direction, I was able to start production early in the week. This gave us more breathing room to make edits and touchups to the video if needed.
For the speed and smoothness of the transitions, my first few drafts for Adage seemed a bit too rushed. I was able to convince them to extend the video duration to around 30 second instead. Once I was able to work with 30 seconds I was able to slow things down and put more time for things to display on screen. The additional seconds also helped giving the motion graphics more frames to move more smoothly.
